Quality Control Process

Our multi-stage quality control process includes: Initial farm-level assessment of crop quality, Pre-purchase sampling and testing, Moisture content verification (maintaining optimal levels), Size grading and kernel quality evaluation, Aflatoxin and contamination testing, Physical inspection for defects and foreign materials, and Final pre-shipment quality assurance checks.

Traceability

We maintain detailed traceability records from farm to export. Each batch is assigned a unique identification code that allows us to track the origin, processing history, and quality test results. This ensures transparency and accountability throughout our supply chain.

Storage & Handling

Proper storage is critical to maintaining nut quality. We use climate-controlled warehouses with regular monitoring of temperature and humidity. Our facilities are designed to prevent pest infestation and moisture absorption, ensuring that products maintain their quality until delivery.
